Randall Blasetti

Randal P. Blasetti, CPA, CGA

Randal has been in public practice for over 25 years with experience in all industries. The clients in Calgary and surrounding area love the boutique style of professional service for both personal taxes and corporate taxes and implementing different tax planning maneuvers. Randal performs professional services for clients as he would perform them for himself. Taxes are a part of life and we all work hard to earn a living. With proper financial planning we can help manage the taxes efficiently. Randal enjoys being involved and able to assist with mergers, acquisitions, and selling of businesses. With his solid background in financial reporting requirements, analysis, tax implications, and negotiation tactics enables him to help clients with get the right price and gain financing if required. Dealing with family dynamics can be challenging but with Randal’s skill set, he is able to make this a smoother transition for you. Randal believes in giving back to society, as a result, he currently volunteers on four not-for-profit association boards plus likes to volunteer when the opportunity arises for small duties in local fundraisers and functions. Bryan Broyles

Bryan Broyles, CPA, CGA

Bryan has over 25 years of experience in public practice working with a variety of different industries. Bryan provides accounting, tax, plus financial planning and consultation services for small-mid size businesses. With Bryan’s personable approach towards people and the industry they work in, he has become known for his added value client services to the farmers, ranchers, and other agricultural businesses in Alberta and neighboring provinces. By having a solid foundation in accounting and financial reporting, it gives Bryan the skill set needed to take it one step further by analyzing the financial and non-financial information and then advising clients the best route to minimize corporate taxes and personal taxes through future succession planning, Wills, estate, and trusts. Bryan is designated as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), a Registered Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), and a Fellow of the Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) out of the UK. Before becoming a designated CGA accountant, Bryan was a Mechanical Industrial Engineering Technologist. Lesley Bloxham

Lesley Bloxham, CPA, CGA

Lesley has over 16 years in public practice experience assisting clients in various industries. Her passions are accounting, taxes, planning, and consultation. Lesley loves working with personal tax clients who want to be back on track by getting their CRA tax filings up-to-date and implementing financial tax plans for the future. In addition, she enjoys working with existing businesses or startup businesses that want to get things done right. Educating business people on how to establish a strong foundation in accounting is the most important step to take in order to grow the business, improve efficiencies, optimize decisions, and minimize taxes. This is done by training clients and team members “best practices” on bookkeeping techniques, developing processes, maintaining systems, tax planning and financial monitoring. Through her experience, she has become a trusted CRA liaison working with her personal tax and corporate tax clients to minimize the potential tax consequences that can arise. Lesley Bloxham, CPA, CGA other passions are spending time with family, volunteering at the Calgary schools and community associations as well as hiking, traveling, and baking.
